By purchasing goods from Jimena Alejandra you are entering into a legally binding agreement with our company on the following terms. Please read and understand these terms as they affect your rights and liabilities.​

Our goal is to provide high quality goods and products. Accordingly, we warrant the goods will meet their specification and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

Jimena Alejandra is not responsible for lost or damaged jewellery after delivery has been accepted.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

An agreement for Jimena Alejandra (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax/GST are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller’s charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by Purchaser.

Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a welcome email. Please advise us at info@jimenaalejandra.com if you do not receive this within 24 hours.​

INVENTORY

In the very unlikely case that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will email you at the email address provided at the time of payment. We will give you lead times on when the next available item of stock you wanted will be back in stock and you can make the decision to either continue with the order or to have it reversed/refunded. 

PAYMENTS

Jimena Alejandra accepts all payments securely through PayPal (credit card or from bank funds). On your statement, the payment will be under the name of Jimena Yudi Pty Ltd. All payments will be made in AUD (Australian) dollars. It is your responsibility to find out what your credit card provider or bank is willing to give you as an exchange rate for your currency. ​
