Beautiful piece of jewellery, stunning statement piece. However the clasp is very flimsy annd keep coming undone. It’s come undone twice and already dropped off my wrist.
Luckily I was at home and not out as it would have been lost.

I received my necklace and it was tarnished on several of the heart charms and looks terrible. I emailed customer service and they replied straight away asking for photos which I sent through immediately. Since the initial email 6 days ago, they have not replied to the several emails I have sent following up. Very frustrating but especially from a first time customer. I will be contacting my cc company to try and get a refund and lodging a complaint through the ACCC if contact is not made.
