Said they are 8 cm but this is from the stud therefore they are much longer and look ridiculous on me despite them

Extremely disappointed with the quality of these earrings at this price point. They arrived covered in scratches, have sent 5 emails, no response, no customer service or support, returns tab on website opens a list of crystals. Not what I was expecting from a small independent business.
