Can I bring someone with me?
Given the intimate nature of these sessions, appointments are designed for one-on-one time with Jimena. If you'd prefer a more social experience, we recommend attending The Charm Salon.
What happens during my appointment?
Your session begins with a private, one-on-one consultation with Jimena, where you'll be guided through selecting your stones and personalising your piece. Following this, you'll have an additional 15 minutes to explore the Residency Collection with a member of the team.
Is the appointment fee redeemable?
Yes — your booking secures your time with Jimena and is fully redeemable on purchases made during your session.
Can I purchase pieces on the day?
Yes — you'll be able to purchase both personalised pieces and items from the Residency Collection during your appointment.
How long is each appointment?
Each booking includes a 30-minute private consultation with Jimena, followed by 15 minutes to explore the collection — totalling 45 minutes.
Do I need to know what I want before booking?
Not at all. You're welcome to arrive with a clear intention, or simply use your session to explore. If you're unsure, selecting the Residency Collection option allows you to decide on the day.
