Each consultation is 45 minutes. This appointment fee of $200 is redeemable against. your purchase from the session.

What happens during my appointment?
Your session is a private, one-on-one consultation with Jimena, where you'll be guided through selecting your stones and personalising your piece. We can also talk through pieces you already own and how to style them with any new pieces you have on your wishlist.
Is the appointment fee redeemable?
Yes — your booking secures your time with Jimena and is fully redeemable on purchases made during your session. Minimum spend is $500 (including the $200 fee not on top of).
Can I purchase pieces on the day?
Yes — you'll be able to purchase both personalised pieces and items shown during the consultation immediately after. An invoice will be emailed to you.
How long is each appointment?
Each booking includes a 45-minute private consultation with Jimena.
