We want nothing more than for you to love your pieces because they are made slowly by hand in small batches and they are unique pieces of art (well, we think so anyway), but we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned and/or exchanged.

We offer easy returns and exchanges for up to 14 days from the date of purchase in the form of store credit/exchange for the same exact item only unless faulty.

Exchanges and/or store credit is at the discretion of Jimena Alejandra.

Exchanges/returns are not available for change of mind. Please read all descriptions and refer to photos and videos to make a considered decision.

Exchanges/Store Credit will be issued once item/s are returned back to our warehouse in NEW condition (unworn, unused and with any tags attached). The cost of return is up to the customer. We do not offer free returns.

How to Care For Your Gemstone Beauties.

• When you are not wearing them, please place them in their little homes (packaging) away from sunlight. Sun is damaging and can alter gemstones and gold vermeil/plating.
• No gold plating is waterproof. This is a myth. Water does alter the chemical composition of the plating. This means no swimming, showing or washing while wearing any of our gold plated items.
• Avoid lotions, soap, oils and cleaning products from touching your jewellery pieces as chemicals will alter the gemstones and/or the plating or both.
• When travelling, to avoid stones breaking or post backs bending, twisting or snapping, please store carefully in your JA packaging solutions or in a hard top jewellery box. Avoid stone pieces from touching each other as they are natural stones and can break/fracture.
• Please clasp all braclets and necklaces together to avoid knotting or tangling.
• Please take care when handling or putting on our gemstone earrings, as any mishandling or mistreatment can and will cause chips, cracks and/or breakages...and who wants that?

Your Jewels Deserve A Fancy Home.

We offer customers beautiful packaging for their jewellery pieces.

Customers who purchase items over $300AUD will receive our luxury signature leather packaging with embossed logo and gold foil logo on the inside. A cardboard box with a gold Jimena Alejandra logo is also provided. Each product shows corresponding packaging photos.

For items under $300 we have a leather envelope pouch with gold button and embossed logo in either white or pink leather. A cardboard gold foil embossed logo box is also provided.

Packaging Upgrades are available at checkout. Gift Cards that support local charities can also be added on at checkout.

Disclaimer: For items less than $300 during outlet or archive sales, packaging levels change according to spend amount and type of jewellery.

Pre Order items are goods which are currently not in stock or ready to ship and therefore have a waiting period before you receive them. They are worth the wait - I promise!

BEFORE ORDERING:

1. We require full payment at the time of purchase.
2. Due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting
cancellations or refunds.
3. Please THINK CAREFULLY before you order.
4. Please be aware that delivery of pre-ordered items could take up to 4 week. From Black Friday sales we push to bring it down below 4 weeks so you can have them in time for Xmas. Wait is usually 2 -3 weeks in November.
We cannot guarantee a specific ship date however.
5. Your goods will be shipped via the shipping method selected for international orders, as soon as the goods become available to us.
6. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 
7. If there are pre ordered items in your cart mixed with ready to ship/in stock items, the parcel will ship once pre ordered items are here. This is to avoid two shipping costs to you if you've paid or to avoid two shipping costs to us (if you have received free shipping - it means just one time shipping costs that we are willing to bear).
